Cant even tell the truth on Hellopete

I refer to query REQ:2134476 where I urged that contact be made with me and that I not just get a copy and paste response without any contact details. Well surprise surprise your response 'claims' that you tried to make contact with me. However I did not receive any telephone call so I am not sure how you managed to phone and leave a message!!! Is this how MTN resolves its complaints by pretending to make contact with clients and then hoping that the client will be so frustrated they just wont bother contacting MTN again? And of course you dont provide any contact details of how someone is able to make contact with you anway! So unless I want to be on hold for 2hours and then have some useless agent call me back and tell me that they will log a query I have absolutelty no option but to log this as a second complaint on hellopeter. SInce I have no idea what number you supposedly contacted me on PLS PLS look at the number that is sent in this complaint. Are you guys reallly that useless? I even questioning the point of logging this complaint as nothing seems to ever change when it comes to dealing with MTN except for headaches and more headaches
