Do not use this place for repairs!

My car was booked in on the 29th of Novemeber 2012 and promised back to me by peter corna on the 21 December 2012 (the day before they needed to shut down). I thought that 1 month is more than enough time to replace the rear bumper and replace the bull bar. on the 20 Dec, after not receiving any feedback from them, i called to find out what is happeing with my car as it was promised to me on the 21st. Shervona said she would call me back, which she didnt, so i called her, she then said that i will only receive my car in the first week of the new year.

i got back on the 7th of January (they opened on the 2nd), so i called again and they said it will be done by thursday. Thursday arrives and i got no call from them again. so i went to visit them to find out what exactly is the problem. Craig comes out and says that the car will be done by monday or tuesday the latest as the damages were more than they thought. When i told him that i was promised my car on the 21st of Decemeber he started laughing and said he doesnt know who told me that. he was rude and he has no way of speaking!

so today arrives and guess what, car wont be ready because their sprayer is like the company.
