Attendant money

Person drove up to the pump, asked for R200 93 unleaded. The attendant replaced the nozzle and took the money. While driving away the person saw the fuel gauge corresponding to the amount of fuel added. Went back to the station to query and the register for that pump at that time was only R67.00, and was paid with R100. The Manager's response after checking CCTV was that the attendant was seen putting petrol in the vehicle, took money, and paid at the cashier then after handing something to a driver of another vehicle returned. Then said that he is unable to accuse the attendant as there is no evidence, and was unwilling to help further.
