Abuse of vehicle

Last year during the November heavy rainfall my car had been flooded with water and towed to Mercedes Benz east rand. I, along with the tow truck driver including the security guard inspected the car wen it was dropped off. the car was not covered in mud nor had it ever been dented. There was no such report on the inspection report of the dent either. Upon collection of my car it seems that someone had parked it too close to the pavement and dented my front bumper. I contacted the dealership and dealt with the service manager and the service advisor who dealt with my car. The stressed that the car was covered in mud and therefore the reason for the dent not being reported on the inspection sheet. Where the car was and at the place where the car seized, there is no sign of mud or anything remotely similar. I contacted Mercedes Benz SA. A guy by the name of ''ALI" was meant to get back to me after viewing security footage to establish the incident. He never got back to me. its been 2 months. From a brand we have supported our entire lives, to pathetic service like this, one must wonder how other loyal customers are treated.
