My car was booked for hail demage in december 2012 and I collected my car on the 14th of December not being finalised with the repairs, because some part were not there and they will only arrive on 21st of Dec 2012.
they promised to call on the 7th when they open of which no one did, on the 8th I called Miss Mazibuko told be that the bonet has arrived i was so confused becaused I was told everythings was fixed only those silver lines along the windows were not on stock I asked her to get he facts rights, she promised to come back to me of which she didnt. I called her again on the 10 and we aggreed that I should drop my car to be fixed of which I did and they drop me at work later I called who to pick me up I was told they have not even started with my Car and it take them 2 days and i was shocked because nobody told me that. I told them to arrage onother car for me she aggreed and that was the 14th of Jan till today I have been calling her sending her emails, today I called her she asked what follow up I'm I talking about and she said they dont have cars available they have about 60 people on the list and she does not know when i would get assistance with my car/.
