CAR REPAIRS TAKING TOO LONG, IT'S BEEN A MONTH!

My car was authorised for hail-damage repairs by Outsurance last year. I received confirmation from Danmar that the car has been booked for repairs to start on the 10th January.

I have been trying to call since last week Monday 4th February and get a sense of progress and I am not getting straight answers. My car hire expired on the 9th Feb and I am now without a car.

Last Tuesday 5th Feb, I went to their premises and a gentleman called Stone told me that they were awaiting authorisation for a new windscreen from Outsurance. I then called Outsurance while I was with him, and I was told that this authorisation was given on the 29th January already. I am therefore failing to understand why the car is still not ready. Stone promised that it would be ready on Friday at half past 4 (8th February). When I called at 15h00 on that day, it was still not ready and I was told to collect it at 08h30 on Monday, 11th Feb. When I called at 10am Monday, he asked me to call back after an hour. I have just called and am still holding on for him because he said he was waiting for an answer from his manager. The phone has been cutting off or getting dropped on me. this is shocking service
