I have a problem with Glasfit service delivery. My car's back windscreen was shuttered and i claimed with my insurance. the insurance approved everything on the 29th January 2013 and the claim was authorized by Glasfir on the 30th January 2013. I was promised that the windscreen will be ready on Tuesday 05th February, but on Tuesday when i asked them they told me another story that they are ordering it from Germany and it will be deliver by Thursday 14th february 2013 since it will take a week.

Thursday has arrived and when i called i was told the windscreen is not there and they dont know when its going to be delivered. My insurance called them on the same day and they promised it will definitely be ready Friday 15th at 09:30am, but when i called them i was told the windscreen is expected around the 19th February.

The worse part is my car is not safe now the way the windscreen is and i cant even drive it. and on top of that no one has ever called me from the branch to update me on the progress, each time i have to call them to find out.
