Huge!!! Dealership playing for time!!!

I have applied for finance at the Kempton Park Ford dealership. Not once were we phoned back with any feed back except on Friday the 19th from Hanna (Sales person) to let us know that they are experiencing technical problems. The rest of the time we had to phone them and also phone the banks to find out what is happening. We have been approved by Wesbank and according to Patrick at Absa also. We have said that we would obviously like to make use of Absa as the Blue Sky offer is underwritten by them BUT WOULD GLADLY EXCEPT THE WESBANK OFFER IF NO OTHER OPTION. On Friday, 26th, my wife went to the dealership for the second time and was met with a could shoulder. She was told that she can not be assisted by the F&I as she is busy with a sign up and that she has not spoken to Patrick to find out if we were approved.

I personally Phoned him that night at 18:00 and he told me that we were approved but that the F&I needs to make the necessary change to the application as to indicate that it is a special offer.

My biggest problem is that the Blue Sky offer is ending on Tuesday this week and the dealership does not even have the car yet!? Hanna no
