No feedback from ford to buy range

I was told by others that basil green ford is the best ford dealership to go and buy new ford cars. So i went there one Saturday to go and look a the new 3.2 ford ranger, i drove a bmw witch i wanted to trade in on a new pick up . they helped me quick when i walked in the showroom even gave me a quick show around . they said any trade in is welcome and i showed them my car. They said they will phone me back the next day and still no reply? after a week i decided to go to a different dealership. Walk strait in look at the new ford, they tell me what they will offer me for my car and two days later i drive out with a new ford ranger . so never again will i go to basil green ford
