Good Day,
I have multiple emails and telephone callc with you trying to arrange finance on a new vehicle I have chosen.By conversation, you (Wesbank Finance) have approved my finance application, but when the dealership tries to make due arrangements with you, it is declined (3 times now).
I brought this up with you and cautioned you that the failed credit enquiries have a negative impact on my credit record and asked you clearly to please confirm the approved finance.
What upsets me about this is that I not only have to wait for lengthy times for a response from you, but the fact that this has now happened 3 times in a row and I don't appreciate Wesbank messing me around as a existing customer and damaging my credit.
You have told me to use my ID as reference with the dealerships and this has also failed!
I have been very patient and lenient in the matter and I am no longer willing to accept this poor business conduct.
I would like a manager to contact me AND my dealership to sort this finance out. As I have already wasted 3 weeks in this matter, I would like this done today, Friday 22 November.
If not, I will escalate this matter further.
