Brand new 5 month old Kuga with problems!

I purchased a brand new Ford Kuga in Johannesburg in September 2013. From day one I had a problem with the Ecoboost which did not work. The lady who sold it to me was very helpful but unfortunately I could not take it back to that dealership as I live in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. So my only option was to go to the local Ford dealership here in Middelburg. I ended up taking it back 5 times with the same problem before I eventually got Ford involved who eventually assisted the dealership with rectifying the problem. It seems some pipe was not fitted properly upon assembly! Now I have a problem with the petrol gauge as it seems like I am loosing petrol fast! I took it back to the Middelburg dealership where they updated the software and did some callobrating. That was Monday 06.01.14. I took it back to them on Tuesday 07.01.14 because it was still not fixed. They said they would have to remove the petrol tank next to see what the problem is, but I will be without the vehicle for 2 days. I cannot be without a vehicle as I am a Commercial Manager and need to travel to meetings! I phoned Ford again to assist on the same day and I am still awaiting a response! Very bad for a new car!
