Re-Work and Bad Service

Hi am the unsatisfied owner of a Chevrolet Captiva. My problems started on a 120 000 km's. I have endless problems with:-

Inability to attend to the Engine Malfunction Light that comes on. (Must have returned this vehicle for the 8th time)
The sloppy treatment of myself and my wife i.e.
Wait for hours if added together in the showroom whilst attending to our problem.
Not completing the service record booklet.
Not changing the brake light bulb (As requested) with the recent service.
The car was not even washed when we fetched the same after the recent 200 000 km service.
All of this happens whilst GM, SA acknowledged last year that this vehicle had a problem and had to be re-called a long time ago. Something about some circuits that had to be joined. For this I wasted 3-4 hours at Solly's (GM Dealer in Middelburg).

I am of the opinion that companies that cannot support their products properly must be exposed. Their inability to resolve problems is not acceptable. The hours/days that are wasted in the planning to get the vehicle to their workshops must be mentioned as unacceptable. I expected more when I purchased this vehicle brand new for R 400k a couple of years ago?
