If you don't care, you loose business

15 minutes ago I stopped at Sason Ruimsig (82 Peter Road) for petrol. I was told that the handheld card machines was giving problems, if I could please draw money from the FNB ATM inside. Only to find it was faulty. I return to my car & they tried again 3x. At this stage 2 other customers had been fighting about the same problem. And the old couple next to me were also getting upset. I eventually go inside & the lady behind the counter was very unhelpful. Saying I need to use the ATM! I than asked to the manager. I told her that I had just filled my car, I need to pay & their ATM doesn't work. The MANAGER is acting as though this is new to her - but moments before I had seen her outside asking 'Moses' what was going on. I AGAIN explain everything - only to get her 'I-don't-care- and-this-is-not-my problem-attitude". This IS her problem - people can't pay for their petrol & the ATM on THEIR PREMISES is faulty.

Any good manager would allow payments to be made INSIDE the store as those card machines for some reason WERE WORKING!!! This is what they do at other pertol stations - this is why I went inside - and was ALLOWED this ONCE as per the Manager!!
