Personal property lost and damaged

We made use of the above company to move our household goods from Durban to Cape Town. I packed my boxes myself, making sure that my fragile goods were securely bubblewrapped and marked as Fragile with large red "Fragile" stickers. We had to have our goods stored by their warehouse for? a week before delivery. When we did receive our goods the boxes were squashed and damamaged to an extend that the goods inside was visible and 90% of my glassware smashed. Some items were also unaccounted for. I contacted the lady I had been dealing with and was told to send her photographs of the damaged boxes and goods, which I promply did. She said that they would investigate and replace the broken goods. It has now been more than a year and we are still waiting. You tell me, how do you replace something handed down to you by your late Grandmother?
