Extremely Poor Service / CPA Breach

A removal was booked with company for 9 Dec 2013 for collection and delivery on 10 Dec 2013. Load was picked up and loaded to specification given. Load was delivered a week after delivery date specified. Goods were not in order as loaded and completely damaged. The crew refused to correct their mistake upon off loading. All items were off loaded and left on the outside of the facility where it was supposed to be stored. Most boxes was offloaded upside down, fragile boxes damaged and torn although clearly marked and labelled. The crew left their client, a woman and a 13 year old girl in the rain to sort out their mess. A complaint was sent to the office, upon which a reply was received that it was not their problem anymore and that they will not accept responsibility or reimburse damages. The company will be legally prosecuted under the Consumer Protection Act. Due to their negligence the client was admitted to hospital with severe injuries and pneumonia. Substantial amount of goods was damaged. In excess of R250 000. Please do not use this company for services as they are unprofessional and unreliable. They refuse to take ownership of their bad service and dumps it on their clients
