Refund on damaged goods

I moved goods from the vaal to Durban last year and made arrangements with above company (contact person-Alexs), I asked for boxes as I didn't have time to get boxes for them. I paid them the full amount of the removal, firstly they did not come at the time that we arranged and they also sent a van with no boxes to fetch my goods and when I asked the driver he said the truck is held up in Randburg they will take my goods, put them in boxes before putting in the truck. My goods were to be delivered the following day as per Alexs but I only received them a week later. When I checked my goods there were some missing and I advised Alexs, he said I must make a list and email him of the items and the costs of those items so that they will refund me. I sent him the list in January and since then I am still waiting for my refund. I have called time and again and he always promises to come back to me and promised that my refund is being processed.
