MISSING CLOTHING WHILE MOVING - DAMAGED PLASMA

We had AGS Frasers move on the 27th February 2013. We then moved into a rented flat whilst my flat was being revamp. I then reported 2 boxes of clothing gone missing with my sons winter coats and my outgoing
t.shirts, jeans jackets. As per AGS Frasers the boxes were packed by us and clearly marked what was in each box. They refusing to reimburse us, an also saying that they did not check to see if there was clothing in the boxes and that it could have been anything other than clothing. Even if they dont want to settle the full amount, we prepared to accept R500 per box as stated in there Terms & Conditions. When there consultant first came out to quote us she did not mention anything about boxes being packed by owner would not be covered by them.

Then there was our Plasma Television that was not even bubblewrapped or even noted "Handle with care" or
"FRAGILE". I the kept all the wrapping in which the television was packaged to show Frasers how there staff took care of our goods. The aftercare service from Frasers was very dissapointing.

I could have used a local company without insurance that would have cost me half the amount for the removal.
