I bought a pre - owned fiesta from ford. First the car had an issue with the alarm that went off when the car got wet. I noticed the left doors of the car didn't close properly and asked ford to repair the doors. After a week of the car being at ford, the doors were still not fixed and the problem continued. It was sent back again came back again with the same problem and with a few new problems.

I emailed the manager and complained. The car went back and the problems were fixed. However there was a new problem. I discussed this with the dealer and he said I should bring the car after work so that they can look at it and fix it. Took time off work and then when I got there he took the car to the service center. He was back in 10min saying that I will have to bring the car back in on Monday.

This he could have told me over the phone. I wasted time and money to go there. I'm tired of the service and have emailed the branch manager. I complained about the service and requested a replacement car in terms of the CPA.

Will see if he responds to my email. I have had enough of problems with a car that should have been in proper working condition before it was sold.
