CCD Couriers
Pathetic Service

I recently switched to FNB after hearing such great things about their service, but when I look at the level of business of the companies they outsource to I can't help but wonder if I made the right choice.

Firstly, CCD failed to contact me on the 7th day of my card being issued. I had to google contact numbers and chase them up. Brandon was very helpful in getting the CT branch to contact me, and the lady working there said a courier will deliver today at 5pm at my place of residence. The courier then phoned to confirm where I stay as he would be coming by at 5. Two hours later I have yet to hear a whisper from this courier and I have still not received my delivery when I stressed how urgent this was numerous times.

A company that has employees that conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner should've gone out of business years ago, judging from the countless CCD complaints.

Here's to hoping FNB pulls their socks up and gets a courier that does just that, couriers!
