Disgusting service from both Ford SA aswell

I bought a brand new Ford Figo from Action Ford Constantia exactly a year ago to date.
Since the 19th February 2013 have taken my car in to get fixed for the same problem 4 times now for a total of 15 days and it still hasn't been fixed and not only that got it back the 3rd time and my windows are now giving me problems to. The first time I got my car back and was told it was fixed but couldn't be told what the problem was, exactly a month later took it back for the same problem and was told I would get a courtesy car which I waited an hour and a half for and got told that they didn't have to give me a courtesy car and was still not fixed.
Took it in for the 3rd time a week later for them to fix the problem and got told it was faulty shocks in the front and would be replaced with new CV joints to and please tell me how this is possible on not even a year old car???
After sending Ford SA 2 detailed emails regarding this they have been less than help full. Ford SA say they there to make sure the service is done and get the car fixed not to give me a new car or give my money back as that's how I feel after all this.

I'm absolutely disgusted at the service and help I have not received
