Took car in for service

On the 25th April 2013, I took the car in for a service, a report was given to me regarding the needs of a car that had been established. I went in to collect the car and paid for the service (R2850) and other services delivered. I had barely reached home the car broke down. the clutch was burnt and the car got stuck. The service center was closed then and I called roadside assistance and towed the car home.
On the report there was nothing mentioned about the clutch being broken or anything to that effect

I contacted the garage the following morning and told them about my mishap. The manager asked me where was the car and when I told him it was at home in Soweto he told me they do not collect cars from Soweto and I have to organize my own tow service to bring in the car to them. This I disputed until he agreed to organize a tow service. To this minute I have not heard a word from them, I was left stranded with no transport and had to organize lifts to come to work and to collect my family.
I sent an e-mail to their customer service center but I have also not heard a word from them
