Refusing to fix my car while my car is under warra

This happened earlier this year, my car still being under warranty, Ford Fiesta 2009 model, with 50 000km on the clock the car started giving me problems, breaking down with no power at all after being looked at and "fixed" twice the car still gave my problems and made a terrible noice still and every time I went back to complain they told me that the noise will go away.

Eventually I went to novel ford stellenbosch to fix my car because it's still under warranty and had all it's services only for then to tell me that they can't fix my car because they have to speak to there regional manager first and they will let me know which they never did, apparently because I fixed my car at somerset before they can't fix it at stellenbosch novel ford but my question being? are you novel ford? Yes and you should be able to help me because I'm driving a ford, they never helped me or phoned nothing, I had to cell my car and get a new one because of the problems the car was giving me, I will never buy a ford again in my life, I'm very happy with my new Hyundai i30

I still can't believe they refused to fix my car that was still under warranty and never phoned me back like tye said they would
