Problems with brand new ford focus

I bought a brand new ford focus sedan 2 liter diesel in Dec 2012, on receiving the car, we noticed the following things:
The supplier had only one car in stock, which did not have leather seats, and we requested that they insert leather seats. The leather seats in our car is not the same quality as the other focus's.
There is constant rattling in the dashboard and doors. We have taken the car in 5 times to resolve this problem, every time it returns with the same problem or a new one.
The quality and build of our focus is worse than an entry level ford fiesta.
My husband owns a 2008 ford fiesta, and rattles less.
This is a brand new R 300 000 car.
I am tired of taking it in to get fixed, this is not acceptable.
