Shockingly poor service from VW

My vw Golf GTI 6 ws atended 2 by VW Strijdom park for d new engine. when i got the car i realised it had no coolant and same was toped up after i complained. Morning after i realised d coolant has sank again and bought 3 of them. On the 3rd day I realised d coolant was actualy leaking cos there was a pool underneath the car every morning. I then checked the oil only to find dt the oil level was also very low. Dis promted me to do a thorough inspection. I then discovered that the radio was no longer working and some pipes for air circulation were not fastened. After numerous complaints issues were attended 2 except for the radio dt had to be removed. When same was removed the connection plug was dameged. I complained and requested dt plug be replaced. Mary Ann called the technician who alleged that the plug was damed b4. i indicted that car was bought new and never had problems wif radio b4. i then show him broken pisces of the plug that were left in the car. he then said 4 de plug 2 b replaced whole wiring for the radio mus b removed wich i culd si it ws jus a lie. 10/04/2013 i was told de nu radio was der. day l8ter i ws told it was instaled 2 anada ka.i want a nu plug en VW is
