We have purchased a 2nd hand GWM H5 from Johan Mulder at Ford Nelspruit, We have asked them to fix 2 problems such as the ABS sensor and a performance problem. We have been waiting for a month now for the sensor and still not fixed, their excuse is that they have ordered one from GWM and it is on back order. We have complained about the vehicle being slow with the pull away and using a lot of petrol. We have requested them to take the vehicle to GWM to find the fault. Got no report in writing just a got report over the phone from the Used Car Manager Rassie, " Nothing is wrong, that is the how the GWM is"After we drove a distance with the vehicle my husband realised that the thermostat is not working and we had to replace it - fuel consumption now better. We are going on holiday and the trailer plug was not working, my husband took it back and left the car there for two day. The plug has been fix according to them but it is still not working 100%. Rassie said we should turn the plug around. Bad idea. We are aware that this is a second hand vehicle but we were promised that any problems will be fixed. Does the promises of personal (Senior & Junior) at Ford Nelspruit carry worth??
