Repairs taking forever!!

My insurer sent my car to be repaired by Proline. It has been more than a month now and they refuse to tell me when they expect to be done with repairs. All they tell me is that the car is currently in repairs!!

If you want speedy service please don't tae your car here or if your insurer takes your car here please REFUSE.
