Useless policy

After I bought and installed a new radio for my disco 3, (which I got, and installed today 11/29/2013) I gave motorite a call, as I saw that it was covered in my policy. They said that I cant claim as I all ready bought the radio, fair enough but the guy proceeded to tell me that my policy will now be void as I "worked" on my own vehicle, ridiculous as I only took out the broken radio, connected a plug and slid the radio back in its spot. What a load of since when radio have anything to do with the working of your engine. Never will I buy a policy from you guys again, money wasted, Have not even claimed against this policy. Lesson learned
