Sells me electric blanket with foreign plug!

I ordered and paid for a double size tie down electric blanket. It arrived but it does not have a South African plug attached - it is a square 3-prong plug. How can you sell these? This is false advertising and against the CPA. I asked City Slicker that they either reimburse me or replace with a South African plug they emailed back: Please note that an adapter for this plug can be found at a local hardware/ supermarket and costs usually about /- R20.
Seriously? This is not acceptable.
