Did not want to exchange a new frontloader??

I went to hificorp requesting to exchange. Frontloader I bought 4days ago for another one that's more expensive. The reason for the exchange is because all the new froantloaders that are coming out need to go straight into ur speakers instead as per the normal way by goin thru the amp. Anyhow the point of matter. My husband prepared the installation but did not install the radio as he noticed there wernt the regular ports as per my previous radio. So he informed me, packed everything nicely back and asked me to ask a sales person at hifi to assist in letting me buy the one thatll suit my current audio setup in the car. Now because my husband unravelled the wiring but did not plug it in. They do not want to accept it. I was willing to pay an extra 300rand more for the more suitable frontloader but they still denied my sale. I am really upset as I am sitting with a brand new frontloader I can't even use. I have endless bad luck! My car was broken into and they the radio I bought from HIFI corp 5years ago. Now I'm sitting with absolutely jack!! Can someone just please help???
