Delivered to wrong Person & Not Resolved

3 weeks ago i purchased a camera from an online service, and awaited delivery 2 days later as promised by the online service. 4 days later the parcel had not arrived, i then followed up on order and was told that Fedex had captured that parcel as delivered to me, as i had supposedly signed the receipt upon delivery. Which was not true. After several calls back and forth with fedex, an investigation was initiated on this delivery. A lady by the name of Mildred from the fedex call centre reported to me that the driver had delivered the parcel to a Nigerian man at the wrong address (living in the same area) who claimed to know me and signed on my behalf. I requested that the delivery be reversed, and to this minute have not had a solid update on what is happening. At 22:00 on 3rd December i receive call from a Nigerian man, who enquires whether i am recipient X and whether i am aware of this parcel, i said wrong number. I now have a stranger with my details trying discuss my missing parcel. I feel compromised, and am shocked with by the lack of professionalism at Fedex.
