FEDEX the worst!

I'm so livid!!! I requested that my parcel be delivered this morning and I was assured that it would. Now I'm getting stories that it will only be delivered this afternoon after 3, I leave at 3pm thats why I requested that it be delivered in the morning. the parcel was ready for delivery yesterday, why the was it not delivered than???
I'm disgusted with the level of service that I'm getting from Fedex. In fact I'm going to tell my supplier to use any other company than FEDEX.
