After sending you, Mr Kitshoff & your holding company, Laser, my eight page letter detailing the debacle that was your 'Rolls Royce' service and sitting in your reception area on Friday as arranged with you, you didn't even have the decency to get up and apologise for the disastrous service we've received from your company. Instead you sat about eight steps away in an OPEN meeting room & told your very dear receptionist, within earshot of my husband and I, that you 'were busy & Dewald will sort us out'.

Your warehouse manager admitted that 'he'd seen some funny things' but 'he'd never seen anything like this' (i.e our belongings). MOST of our furniture is damaged, NONE of the furniture that was supposed to be specially wrapped was, the original art that is worth a small fortune & that was left on the lawn in the rain is damp, the inventory is totally incorrect - boxes were un-numbered, boxes were unaccounted for, there were a number of boxes with the SAME number (??), what was marked as being Packed By Owner (PBO) was not & was in Stuttaford Van Line boxes and and and.
