CHEATING on number of fruit in box

I went to fruit and veg on Sunday, they had small persimmons on the floor for sale, I enquired the box price for these, the ladies at the till informed me that they were R29.99 a box. I took 2 boxes. on arrival at the till they removed some of the fruit from each box saying that the boxes should contain 12 fruit only. I enquired from the manager about this fact and that the boxes that was stacked, all had more than 12 fruit. He confirmed they should only have 12 and that customers add more themselves. REALLY??? On arriving home and checking the boxes I noticed that the boxes are marked that they should have 16 fruit NOT 12. Not only does this store not offer good quality, (comparing to other fruit and veg), they are also CHEATS.
