Very bad service

Woolworths AT BALFOUR SHOPPING CENTRE is having a sale on their boxed milk at the moment. a container with 6 boxes of milk for only R49, 99. i wanted fat free milk, but unfortunately saw no boxes with 6 boxes of milk in. i asked one of the guys working there, to get me 2 boxes. they had nothing left. i then asked kagiso, one of the managers, if i could get 6 loose boxes of 1L milk for the price of a box with 6 1L boxes in. there were so many 1L boxes of fatfree milk on the shelf. kagiso just said no. it is not possible. but why not??? if you buy a box with 6 1L boxes of the same milk, and 6 loose 1L boxes of milk, it is the same. i told him that a similar thing happened to me at checkers greenstone, these people took the loose boxes on the shelf, and gave it to me as a box with 6 boxes in. he still refused. HE COULDNT EVEN COME UP WITH AN IDEA TO HELP ME. i see this as extremely bad service, SPECIALLY from a store like WOOLWORTHS. they just dont care. their service is pathetic. i left my trolley of groceries just there and walked away. HOW CAN THEY HAVE SPECIALS ON, BUT NO STOCK. IS THIS A WAY TO GET PEOPLE IN THEIR SHOP???
