Lack of Care

I went to purchase tiles and wanted to by 12 boxes. However as the boxes are left out in the rain they were all wet and damaged. This ment I could not pack them as the tiles were now loose. I must now make another trip. You are a building company why cannot you build an area with a tin roof to protect this stock. Simple you dont care how or what condition you give your clients their products. Simply shocking.
