Billing error still not resolved

This has now been going on for 4 months. The debtors department at Europcar never answer their phones and all their phone message boxes are full. The service so far has been abysmal.

I was invoiced for damage to a vehicle I rented late last year and I believe this was an admin error between two branches.

When booking out the car at Sandton Sun, we did an inspection and noted down the bumps and scratches on a separate photocopied piece of paper that I then countersigned and the person took that piece of paper and (I assume) added it to the records. The scratch that was noted when I returned the vehicle to OR Tambo was on the car when I booked it out and was noted by both myself and the person booking out the car on my original booking out form.

If you can please track down the booking out file/form from Sandton Sun then you will see that the scratch was already on the vehicle (and noted accordingly) when I booked it out.

I'm sure a quick look at the original booking out form will resolve this easily. However I'm still out of pocket because of your charge first, as no questions and don't answer your phones policy.
