Got a quote from them regarding a move from Brackenfell to Durbanville. After booking it for 1 April 2013 and she confirmed time at 8:30 for 9:00, they never showed up at 9:00 that morning. I called and she said I was only booked for later that afternoon, and I argued this as I have the emails as proof. She admitted it was her mistake, and I asked for some sort of refund due to their negligence. She said that is fine, and will get back to me regarding this. We moved most of the items ourselves that morning till 13:00 that afternoon and still have not heard from them. Tried phoning numerous times, but calls were ignored. They finally arrived at 14:00 and was done with entire move in 2 hours. I used my own fuel, using 2 vehicles and got 2 labourers at R150 each for the day. Tried phoning her for the next 3 days to no avail, calls are ignored and she does not phone back at all. When finally I got hold of her, she said she will refund me R250 at most for their mistake. Will not recommend them to anyone, worst service received ever from a company. And even though we did most of the work by ourself, she was not open to negotiate or accept responsibility. Don't expect any customer service
