Poor service kfc durbanville

I had one of the worst experiences at kfc durbanville on the 29th of nov 2013. their service is terrible, don't know if they ever heard of customer care at that place. its not the first time that it happend. i went to them to get something to eat. after waiting about Min in the drive through (wich was fine because they were busy) i finally arrived at the window where you must order your food, the person there doesn't have a clue about customer service at all, after giving my order to her twice and paying for it i went to the next window to collect my food where i found out that my order was wrong. i told the lady at the window that that wasn't wot i ordered so she just replied " what must i do" i also spoke the the manager that wasn't helpful either, talking to the manager (that was no help at all) i decided to ask for a refund and rather go some where els where the service is much better.
