Kolenzile movers - NO RESPONSIBILITY

I had a very bad experience with Kolenzile moving company recently when my brother moved from Rustenburg to Pretoria. The truck was expected to deliver the load at around three in the afternoon but only showed up after midnight.

When the movers finally offloaded most of the furniture was scratched and damaged. The fridge was also broken and it seemed to have been dropped during the move. When we called Istelle she did not take any responsibility. We supplied bubble wrap that wasn't used since there was no one to oversee the move. Istelle claimed to have been sick??

She also assured us before we accepted the quote that she knew all the staff members. However, when we spoke to the movers half of them said that they didn't know her at all since she just picked them up on the side of the road that morning. This is of great concern since we trusted these people with all our belongings and had to accept them into our home.

Istelle of-course denied this as well. Kolenzile may have been a bit cheaper but the damage they have caused to the furniture is of great value and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
