Dealer refuse to fix electronic and worn shocks

On the 24/Dec i bought a BMW 330D from Squad cars Pretoria North, the car had a problem with xenon lights, all 4 shocks are worn, electric mirror not working, battery not on working condition, high beam assistance not working. I took the car back on the 4/jan and the dealer took it to their bush mechanic in Pretoria west it stayed there for a week, i came back to fetch the car and the garage manager Imy told he is doing me a favour by taking it coz its a second hand car and they never fixed anything.2 days before easter it took the car back coz he called me and promise to fix everything and they only replaced the battery with the old battery again never fixed the other problems..Pls help me we need to get this dealer closed or comply with consumer act.
