At the end of last year i registered on Karebo systems (eskom affiliated) to have my globes changed to lower wattage. After waiting a few weeks i called to find out the progress and was told that they would be closing for the holidays and i must wait till next year.

Karebo calls me this past weekend and the installation gets arranged for 22/1/2013 in the morning. At 3:30pm i call them to find out where they are as they have not arrived. They tell me that they had a problem with their system and can we please move it to 23/1/2013 in the morning. I then receive an sms showing the appointment has been scheduled for the afternoon and not morning!

23/1/2013 i call the assigned name and number at 8:30am only to find out that the said person no longer works at Karebo. "Stu" who answers the phone says he will call the technician and get back to me straight away. 11:00am I call "Stu" to ask why nobody has called and he says he asked the technician to call me and is it ok if we move the appointment to the afternoon. I say "NO! ".

I then finally got hold of somebody - operations manager" at head office who claims that the technician will be at the premises within 30 min.

Lets see!!!??
