Bad service and part replacing

I had my car taken to ultra panel beaters in pinetown after a trailer unhitched and hit the rear of my car. the person who owned the trailer had insurance through Outsurance so it got taken to Ultra Panel Beaters. On arrival to pick my car up i found my central locking wasnt working, so i left my car with them to sort it out. Second time round i took the car only to find on the next rainy day that water was leaking into the car where they had done the repair. After taking it back for that i notticed my boot spoiler was not the original to the one i had originally, i have pictures of when my car arrived, with the owner/manager in the picture, with my original spoiler in the pic. I email Rasheed and i refused to drive up to them again for thier mistakes so he came to my work place to look and they looked at it and said it was a VW part but i said it wasnt the same part i had on the car when it came to them. They laughed it off and left. The assessor for outsurance was helpfull in the begining but then must have found me irritating. Both parties were a disgrace and i suggest who ever takes thier car there to take before and after photos or just take it to someone trustworthy!
