Insurance takes side of Panelbeaters

In April I was involved in a car accident. It took 2 month the get the vehicle in at the panel beaters NO assessor personalty looked at bakkie - assessment done by photos only? Then finally almost 4 weeks later we get the bakkie - poor body repair and electrical windows not working, on the road to Lydenburg the bakkie cuts out and wires are burning 3 hours after leaving panelbeaters. Now the insurance says that they are taking the word of the panelbeaters that it is not their fault in anyway. No investigation - Nothing at is going to cost us R19000 to fix. How does a insurance company take the word of the panelbeaters? Guess so they both get off free and the customer has to fit the bill
