My Kia Sportage went in for a service and I asked them to check a noise coming from my gearbox. They informed me that it something wrong with the gearbox and will have to put in a warranty claim. After that they will inform me when I must bring in the vehicle. After waiting six weeks I enquired what is happening with the claim. They did not attend to my claim and informed me that the vehicle had to go in first to see what the problem exactly is before it could be repaired under warranty. They also initially said that it will take a week for the repairs and that they do not supply courtesy vehicles. I was not happy with this but made arrangements that I can borrow my mother's vehicle for this period. Now almost four weeks later and I still do not have my vehicle back. I constantly have to phone to get any feedback as they just do not bother to give proper feedback. Staff unprofessional and bad attitude. I also contacted Kia South Africa where we spoke to Brendan. I feel it is unacceptable that they do not provide any service at all. It is also unacceptable that if a vehicle is in for a warranty repair that they do not provide courtesy vehicles. REALLY BAD SERVICE OVERALL!!!
