I was following a vehicle with a trailer attached to it. On the trailer were a quad bike and 2 motorcycles. I stopped at a robot on a hill in behind of this vehicle with the trailer. All of a sudden the trailer unhitched rolled down and hit into the front of my golf and smashed the head lights, bumper, grill and damaged the panel where the head light s fit in and my front bonet. Unfortunately I couldn't move because there were other car etc. stationary around me. The Man who trailer came off the hitch says that his insurance will pay for the damage. It was reported to the police which i have the docket no. I have a claim no 92989353. Had the vehicle assessed. Outsurance won't pay out. keep giving excuses, to back out of pay out.
