Parts of Vehicle not being delivered to custome

In Dec'12, I washed vehicle, a 2012 Mini Countryman, and the indicator lights came off from the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the SMG Mini Durban. They were ordered, BMW approved them, and now they need to be delivered and fitted on my vehicle. I've been to the SMG Mini-Durban branch, SMG Mini Rocks afrer I have been advised that the parts are here from the 2nd week of Jan'12, but when I get there, there are no parts and I'm told a story. I phone everyday to follow up, only to be told to leave a message and will be contacted. None has happened. I'm a hazard to other road users and my family as other road drivers can't see my intentions on the road. Please can you assist as I have sent a mail to BMW SA, and they also don't seem to be botherered.
