Faulty Mini CooperS

I'v purchased a Mini CooperS from SMG Rocks in Umhlanga on the 20/03/2013.To date i am dissatisfied with the vehicle as it has "pinkn" problem. The car has been to the dealership a number of times, and the response was that theres absolutely nothing wrong with it.however i personally took the vehicle to the dealer last month, the service advisor did tell that they are aware of the problem and are software upgrade from germany which would take a week to arrive. Im still waiting for a follow up. No one has contacted me since.its almost 7months and i have no joy with this car! the motorplan expires next year May, and im sure they will pull me till then
