Pirate parts fitted to vehicle!!!

Claim no 93817963: I had to have my front fender replaced after somebody revered into me and left without leaving a note.

I took to vehicle to the assessor and received a authorization to repair shortly after. I was not happy that the vehicle was going to be fitted with non-original parts and outsurance referred me to the assessor. After speaking to GREGORY AANHUIZEN he advised me that the parts are the same as originals and will fit perfectly.

After having the most pleasant experience at Stingray panelbeaters I noticed that the fender was shorted than the other sides original fender and the gaps between the bonnet and fender was different.

I went to show my findings to stringray panelbeaters and Jose the owner personally attended to the vehicle to try to assist. The panel is unable to fit correctly.

So after querying the choice of parts that outsurance was to repair my vehicle with the parts don't fit correctly.

I am expecting that I will have to be inconvenienced once again by booking the vehicle in for the correct parts to be fitted.

After explaining all of the above to a consultant on Tuesday I have yet to get a call back!!!
