Bad customer service

I drive a Honda Civic still under warranty, got problems with my gearbox.
I was told the vehicle will take up to four weeks to repair, but Honda SA cannot supply me with a curtsy vehicle.
It was my problem and I had to see a way without a vehicle for a month.
after a week I complaint again about a vehicle and they eventually supply us with a vehicle.
after a time we drove the vehicle and it started to rain my wife who is the driver realised she struggle to keep the vehicle on the road in the rain and wet roads, only then we discover that the front tires are so worn down that it is not even road worthy, they have put my whole family in danger.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I surly would like to know what would have happened if we were in an accident with their vehicle that is not road worthy?
