My husband bought me a brand new HONDA CRV in January and I was very impressed with the vehicle as well as the service received by your Helderberg Branch from Wernich Stander. I had a mishap with my vehicle and the back of the vehicle was damaged. This happened on the 8th of February. My vehicle was taken to Farbers Coachworks as it wasnt driveable. The go ahead from my insurance company was given to them and they ordered the parts from Honda Tygerberg and send me invoice as proof. Honda told us that it will take 3 weeks to arrive. This morning I once again had to phone myself to follow up on the parts and was told by the guy of Honda Tygerberg that he thinks it will arrive on the 16th only an it will still take time to get to them but he didnt sound sure at all. I said to them that it was unacceptable that I had to phone all the time with no follow up after I spen R400 000 on a brand new vehicle. The response I got was well if you have a problem then phone Honda SA. I have been without my vehicle for a whole month already and nobody seems to care. They are very quick to sell you a vehicle and get your money but dont want to assist otherwise. I will never buy a honda again
